It bugs me when...the forklift drivers at work refuse to speak English in the office when they all know I don't speak Spanish.

It bugs me when my unit asks (orders) me to do things Im not certified to do. Wish they would think of safety first like I do. Just because I have lots of experience on an issue does not mean that Im qualified to train others on it, especially in the field. I wish they would just send me for training since there is still time before the mission or take me off the list as an instructor. I will complain to higher of course because things that go BOOM are NOT your every day class if real life items are used. If something goes wrong who gets the blame?? ME ME ME... I dont think so!!! So what if people will not like me after my complaint. Im not hiding anything just to complete a mission that should not happen in the first place until qualified persons are available.
