Kentucky man goes to doctor for circumcision and his whole penis is removed

According to WHAS11.com in Louisville, a doctor faces a lawsuit and he is accused of wrongfully amputating a man's penis during what was supposed to be a routine circumcision at Jewish Hospital in Oct. 2007.

Phillip Seaton says when he awoke from the surgery, he discovered that the doctor had removed his entire penis.

The doctor who performed the surgery, Frankfort Urologist Dr. John Patterson says he removed Seaton’s penis because he discovered a cancerous growth on it. He says he performed the procedure to keep it from spreading.

But the lawsuit alleges that the doctor was not given authorization to remove his penis. It indicates that performing the procedure deprived Seaton the opportunity to get a second opinion.

The cancer turned out to be a stage one cancer, considered by many medical experts to be treatable.

Wow...that would be horrific. What the doctor should have done was do what he was originally supposed to do, just circumcise him. Once the guy came to and was able to think straight, the doctor could have then talked to him about the cancer rather than chopping it off without permission and having all his t's and i's crossed and dotted. Feel bad for the guy though.

 

Stupid doctor, he should've never remove his entire penis without permission. That's why we have wonderful and best doctors here in North Carolina.

You know, BBW, I feel very bad for him. Now, he can never have sex for the rest of his life. But he can get artificial penis, but he will never feel the same as of before. Before his real penis was removed.

 

But he could get a new penis. The tools are there and he could acquire that. And the doctor who did it without permission, would have to do it without asking his insurance company to pay for anything.

 

But, but it won't be the same penis as of before! And the doctor..what he did was very unforgivable and could lose his medical license for that. What was he thinking? I wonder what was in his head while he was performing the surgery, eh?!

If I were that poor man, if I awoke to find out that my entire penis is all gone, I'll roared the sobbing angrily. I'd throw all the rocks over him. I don't think my wife wouldn't have please to hear it. She would have go after him like a wild beast. LOL

Mind you, I'm not married yet, I'm just telling you a story, that's all!

Again, getting new penis, it won't be like before.

Oh I agree with you there. That shit isn't a laughing matter. That was a reference to a modern day Lorena Bobbitt scenario. If that were to happen to me, I'd sue the hell out of that facility if they can't "fix" what they did.

Now, if I posted that picture TOWARDS someone in these here forums, then it would be sick and disgusting, thus subject for removal. But if you're going up in arms because I posted the image on here relating to something not based on here, then that means the problem is on you. Not me.

 

Honestly, not at all. There were some, who were Christian and deeply religious, but more liberal minded can take that humor with ease. They find it funny. After all, it's not directed to an entire community. Just the riff-raffs who exercise hypocrisy in their beliefs by berating others for not believing what they believe in.

It was just the conservative wing of individuals who hold more reactionary views on life that gotten pissed. They like being anti-PC when situations like gay marriage becomes their vitriol priority to berate and hate. However, they feel attacked if someone create images like that one and want to play the victim.
