Oh yes,that was mentioned in a thread months back. I never knew Flavor Flav would go through with this venture. Well,having it in a place where there are a very few Black people would make sense since he would be financially slaughtered by the big fried chicken companies in the hood somewhere in the US.
It's the beauty of Capitalism. And hey, look on the bright side...he's at least trying to make something of himself beyond Reality TV. In fact, I'd say this is a nice move on his part. His own face has to go, but overall, who knows how this will take off. Furthermore, as long as he doesn't add his Flavor Flav special sauce to make the chicken greasier, I think he'll be okay.
I heard on a podcast interview that Chuck D when putting together Public Enemy wanted to bring in a person to deflect the solid strong pro black message that was in the music. He brought in hype man William Drayton aka Flavor Flav to lesson the affect which attract white audiences with the cooning. Let the public decide if this product is good.
