"Fountain Fall Lady" is suing the mall

Its a small insignificant story but it speaks volumes of our society.

Not only is this woman and her lawyer spineless, but George Stephanopoulos is a straight up coward for giving people like this a platform to further piss on the legal system without questioning their flawed logic.

 

These type of frivolous lawsuits etc is clogging up the courts while real and important cases have to wait.
I agree, media should NOT give these bloodsuckers and abusers of the system a platform.

 

But they will because the news is about ratings not reporting truth anymore. It's sad.

She is so stupid! The mall will request the full text of that woman's cell phone before she fell in and when that comes out that woman will be a bigger fool.

Well well well... apparently this woman has a criminal record, including store theft and credit card fraud and will likely be sentenced to house arrest in April.

I saw her on TV this morning giving alligator tears. she dont realize or dont care but people are looking at her more and more as a joke.

Is she suing because she fell in a fountain or because the security people are laughing and not coming to help her ........then throw her video up on youtube??

 

She is no longer suing. Now all she wants is an apology.

 

The latter. She felt their job was to come to her aid and safety- what if it has been an old person - and that they didn't do that because all they wanted was the 'shot'. (the guard was fired).

It's much like the video of fights people tape and laugh as they do...or the baby in his diaper wandering in the snow on the street- some guys saw him, taped it and laughed that they were going to put it on Facebook, then drove off...they didn't stop to help the baby.

 

She deserves no apology.

She needs to take her hurt ass home and pay a-fucking-tention next time.

Take responsibility for your own actions, lady.

 

She was in and out of the pool in seconds, there were really no people around either if you look at the video - noone had a chance to come to her aid. I bet if she had not been able to get out, people would notice and come to help.

For the vid to be released - that sucks, and if security dude did it, and got fired so be it.
Sue? Not cool.

 

She need to realize that she's a damn klutz and need to stop with this drama. If she's trying to get laid and think she's cute, she has to think again.
