what did you learn from dating outside your race. in the thread connection show is a video . in the vid they mention what they learned and appreciated about the other culture.

You know what I have learned? That we are not that damn different, and that our difference are more cultural than racial.

My kids Japanese Grand father.....used to get in his son's ass. My sister-in law (white). The kids did not eat at the same table with the adults. My best friend (Indian) no one ate until his father was at the table.

...and really what it did was solidify the pride I have in my own race. Limited thinker's truly believe that dating one not of the same group means a dilution of their own culture. Not really...and only if you let it.

Fully agree goodlove on that point you mention. For me quality is quality when it comes to those kind of things. If a song has good melody, touches me and appeals to my ears I will listen to it, no matter the music. Same goes for a lot of other things in life. Self limitation is something I can never do.

We live in a varied world man, we need to enjoy many things during our finite time on it, the best way to do that is to experience it.
