    It was kinda scary...they wanted me to testify for the prosecution in a capitol murder trial as a character witness because I'd written a case on him for a violent outburst at the prison. I didn't wanna do it...I thought with my luck, he'd get off & come kill my ass. Luckily he took a plea deal, so he got life instead of the death penalty, so there was no trial.

    Dont the lone star have a capital punishment? I thought y'al still use hang'em high method, of course not with rope anymore but with the electric chair.

    Again, why would or should I give a damn if most men don't find someone attractive that I do? What are you in junior high or something that you worry so much about what "most men" think? Do you win some prize or something for having a sheep mentality where you're from that it's so important?

    Yeah, Texas still has the death penalty, but they let him have the option...either go to trial for capital murder & chance being sentenced to death or plead guilty & get life without parole. It's actually cheaper to feed 'em for life than to cover all the expenses for all the appeals they get on death row (or at least that's my understanding anyway).
