As bad as it sounds, sometimes I think there should be a loop hole when it comes to sentencing people to prison. I think cruel and unusual punishment goes hand and hand with a lot of messed up crimes that people commit, and that sometimes it is only cruel and unusual punishment that will get the message across to them that what they did was not only wrong, but evil and straight from the underbelly of hell.
