aside from the generic black women bashing (i love my sistas as much as any other women), the last line was funny.

'i aint runnin with you two niggas in the park...police might shoot me by mistake'

    lmao

True a lot of BW have attitude and short comings but BW bashing is so astronomical in this site and it's laughable. Personally I wouldnt want to date a WW who expects me to bash my fellow BW. There are beautiful and good BW out there. You dont have to justify you liking WW by bashing your sisters.

while people sit here and bash sistas (or revel in it, under the guise of comedy), WM are bashing brothas

    see a pattern?

i honestly didn't laugh at one thing Ruckus said, other than the refusal to jog with his homies.

You know me well kid lol. In regards to your comment about bw bashing, I don't bash bw but I do recognize truth to the video's comments. I go to the gym at various times in the day and there are rarely any bw in there. But best believe ww of all ages live in there.

Really? If I thought that I wouldn't be part of this site, nor would I post that clip in an environment that took it seriously. In some instances when people are called something they are not so often, they tend to defend themselves in a manner that makes them guilty of the very behavior they are accused of...My posting the boondocks clip is not an instance of that, it's a response to Black men having to assert an opinion on Black women (I love the sistas..i love all women..BW are intolerable....) in relation to their attraction to white women, or as GQ stated, a motto. The majority of negative discourse about Black women comes from Black men who are with Black women, but they get cover for their relationship choices while Black men with white women feel guilty and have to rationalize or come up with official statements as to why they like White Women. I get that some BM don't want to feed in to the stereotype and are thus more PC when discussing Black women...funny thing is the white racists often cite "White Guilt" as a cause for IR, some of y'all got "Swirl Guilt" which causes you to say or pay lip service to being into Black women.

That applies to men and women of all "races". People dont own other people, but at the same time for the most part we all have this "this is mine back off" attitude to one extent or another. It goes further than just race, you can apply this to religion, nationality, etc. A lot people think that if you're apart of their group, then you should stick with them regardless of how they treat you. There will always be people (a large portion) who think because they have something in common (race, religion, nationality) with you, that you are now suppossed to only mess with like minded/grouped people.

Thank you for that. I know I'm new here and I'm not going to make judgments, but I've been uncomfortable with some of the comments about BW I've seen so far. Forgive the cliche, but as a white woman, I am friends with several black women. They have their own challenges and I try to see things from their perspective too.

The one who's closest to me was aware when I was dating a BM. She may have had her private opinions about it, but she was at least nice to my face. Of course, her ex husband is a WM but as we know that wouldn't necessarily make her more tolerant of WW/BM.

Just try to see things from their side. For whatever reason, there are fewer WM interested in BW than the reverse, although thankfully those numbers are increasing every year. So they do have the smallest pool of potential mates to choose from. Just a thought to consider.

    swirl guilt?

nah, i just keep it real

not all sistas are bad, just like all brothas arent pot-smoking criminals

    :D

some serious shit must have happened to peeps, if they think the entire female black population is garbage

even the white women around here know that (and question why you exclusively deal with ww only), and you mothafuckas still dont listen.

they made an entire thread about them not being these angelic pushovers, that'll do whatever you want them to do.

Thanks for the welcomes, Unchosen and MrFantastic! And yay, I love being called logical. :D

Karmacoma, what did you mean by "this phrase jumps out at me" when I said "as a white woman?" I said it because I'm new here and don't have an avatar so people didn't have any way of knowing who I was.

    Good points, Pettyofficer.

Very well said, Cyn. I've had my share of negative experiences with black women, but I've had many more positive ones. I have several black female friends, & some of the relationships are close ones. Most of them have had no issue with my dating black men, and have been very supportive. Black women have their struggles like we all do, & I believe it's only fair to try to give the same respect & understanding we ask for. I know it's a struggle when we're faced with negativity, & it's important to soldier through it, but it's wrong to put the blame for what a few individuals do on an entire group of people.

whatever discussion about or against Black women made on here (which is few compared to those on Black message boards) is in the context of Black women as suitable/unsuitable, desirable/undesirable partners in a relationship. Not every Black female in every aspect is being discussed. This is a prime example of blowing shit out of proportion when a Black man who likes white women says something about Black women. This also happens with threads about Black men, we can't discuss certain issues without saying not all "Black men are like that". Well, in those threads no one ever says All Black men and of course we don't mean all Black men.

and yet this poster started a Feeling Guilty About Attraction to White Women? So somebody is feeling guilty and I doubt the men on "Black love" forums go out of there way to let everyone know they are attracted to none Black women and have been with them, yet some of the Black men on her are so quick to dispel the stereotype that they are a self hating "Uncle Ruckus" type..... and proclaim white women as just one of the desirable options among all of the worlds beautiful women they equally choose from. It's fine if the BM on here are like this, but what's wrong with exclusivity?

    .

Any white women who does so, speak now.

Just by the sheer statistics of being a man, I guarantee you the majority of white women loving Black men on here have been with a more diverse group of women in every bodily and societal aspect than vice-versa, and even if that's not true I don't see the women (attracted and loving of all the world's men, presumably, if they would question someones exclusivity) going out of their way to discuss non Black men.

You would never see a White Woman start a thread claiming she feels guilty to the "White race" or "White men", but yet we have 20+ page discussion in relation to a Black man... and I'm not supposed to think that some of you are extra sensitive to how your attraction to white women is perceived.

Wow, that is the kind of content I bypass, enough to make your eyes bleed from the incessant ranting. Just skim through it and it was a litany of foolishness.
