Leon Walker of Rochester Hills is charged with unlawfully reading his then-wife's e-mail, which showed she was having an affair with her second husband, who once had been arrested for beating her in front of her son. Walker says he gave the e-mails to her first husband, the child's father, to protect the boy. "I was doing what I had to do," he said. (KIMBERLY P. MITCHELL/Detroit Free Press)

im more concerned why this man married a broad, that's been married TWICE already.

now he's facing jail time for reading her email

he can't be too surprised that her 3rd marriage (and his life) is going up in smoke like the previous ones

    Complete and utter bullshit.

Pettyofficer is correct though. This sorry guy got hitched to a female that had already been married twice. Any sane male would head for the hills instead of marrying a crazy broad like that.:smt042

Anyways screw this bitch for taking this to court. On top of cheating on him, she files these BS charges againist him. Hopefuly it gets thrown out of court.

Very pointless case for them to build to against that man for reading his wife's e-mail. It's a waste of time. You guys have to realize that more Americans are locked up in the Jail than rest of the world.

They just want to put somebody in the jail....:smt105

Guys, I just learned that Two Judges refuses to dismiss the case themselves.

And they said that it was a crime for him to hacking into his wife's email! :smt105

Seriously, they just want to find somebody that they can put in the jail. How stupid can they get? Hopefully, they can finally drop a case!

Marriage isn't a dying institution, stupid impatient people aren't staying together as long. Unfortunately it just means more of them in the dating pool.

    tbh hacking IS a crime

FBI has a whole section dedicated to stuff like that, among others. If someone hacked into your accounts (and seen how much tranny asian porn you have), how would you feel.

Interesting how that's illegal but if my "wife" wants access to my bank account my wife can get it unless a specify otherwise.

i dont make the rules, youngin

while my uncle was 'somewhere in the Mediterranean' in support of OIF/OEF, his wife was misusing the money he had in his account. If anyone should be seeing jail time for bank account bullshit, it's her. Sadly, stuff like that happens to vets while they're deployed and unable to keep 24/7 track of their finances.

Damn that's just fucking cold. He should be able to sue her for that shit. Its not right that he risked his life and she can do that.

This remains to be the best comment in the thread. Why would you ever marry a person who got married that many times. It is proof that she is not good at marrying people.

To be fair to her though, Her second husband beat her down like a pinata.

And yes this is going to go to court. It is a crime. What he has to prove is that it is his computer as well. The best way to address it from his side is to say there is no privacy between husband and wife which is true. It would be like keeping your passwords from yourself. Good luck to the man!

hell yeah. Im telling you guys and myself included....you have to ask questions like a motherfucker and listen close because they will lie to you in a heart beat. then you have to sit back and watch em because eventually they will tell on themselves.

that is fucked up. my exwife forged my name on a mortgage modification and MAILED IT to cali and had it notarized AND I still cant get the fed's on her for mail fraud and conspiracy (the notary is possibly a friend).

I reported this to the feds and the Post office and they dissed me saying they have more important things to do.

yet they can chase a man down for spying on his wife.
