I prefer the euro version, but I definitely appreciate the brazilian type.
    Portuguese person: "Bom dia"
Brazilian person living in portugal: "Bom Gia" (singing it and smiling)

But they all, always give the greeting before doing anything else, selling you a burger, asking directions, whatever.

I would love to live in Japan, but they don't make it easy for foreigners... London I could do for a while, but pretty sure I need more sun than it can provide... Amsterdam was beautiful and I'd love to give that a try... I'd really like to live all over the world and move on once I get bored with each place :smt110

Stateside I would have to say New Mexico. It was a pretty fun place back when I lived there for the brief time that I did. Overseas Germany or Spain. Frankfurt area for Germany. Barcelona/Costa Brava area in Spain. Good times back then.

Despite the cold, Id love to try living in Montreal if I could find English-speaking good work. I was there during Grand Prix weekend so my perception might be a little jaded but it was damn good fun none the less.

Inside the US, I've been all over: Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, New York, Minnesnowta, Wisconsin, Michigan.

Outisde the US: Bahamas, Germany, Australia, Guatemala, Canada, Dominican Republic, Panama, Amsterdam.

I need tropical weather and lots of water. Of the places I've been outside the US, I'd consider Guatemala, Bahamas and some parts of Australia.

What can I say? Short attention span. Something has to be pretty special to sustain my interest for a prolonged period

    Are you Brazilian bro

LOL about Funk Carioca, I like some of the songs and usually enjoy watching the girls doing that dance they do with the bunda bouncing. :)

I actually love Bebel Giberto and Savara Tavares, who is from Cape Verde by birth but grew up in Portugal.

I'm sure you guys wouldn't have guessed from my avatar and signature....BUT, I'd live in Paris in a heartbeat. Every time I've been there, I've loved it.

I'd also live in Budapest- what a lovely city, and fabulous people.

Stateside, I'd live in Savannah, GA.

But, overall, I'd hop a plane to Paris instantly. lol

Yeah, I forgot about Paris, my style probably suits Paris more than any other place when it comes to my interests in culture, fashion, love those little Parisian lounges at night. :)

That's the thing about being in New York City for me, I like that I can experience so much because of the diversity of what is essentially an island of tens of millions.

LOL, very true. Would be hot to see though. Not many of those white girls rolling through the favela blast parties in Rocinha. :)

I love the Parisian lounges and cafes. When I go, my favorite thing to do is find an outdoor cafe and relax and watch people go by. It was difficult this last time because it was April and 45 degrees...but Paris is absolutely my city.

Oddly enough, though, I'm not such a huge fan of NYC. I like it and everything, but it doesn't come close to Paris for me.
