I found this article interesting. And stories like these help me to remain agnostic and not go atheist. I am a firm believer that if there are so many stories about something, then at least some of those stories must be true. http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/la-na-virgin-mary-20101215,0,7812717.story?page=2 What do you all think?
Your beliefs are shaky if you're swayed by bullshit like that. Virgin Mary:smt043:smt043:smt043 So if 50 people claimed they were stabbed in the ass by a Unicorn from the 13th dimension...some of them are telling the truth...?? C'mon now baby girl.
:smt043:smt043:smt043 Now you have me laughing. That was good. Maybe I should have clarified my stance. There have been sightings for centuries. Do I think that some of those sightings could be true? Yes. Who am I to deny that at least some of those people experienced what they say they experienced? I know that I've experienced ghosts, however, I also know that the vast, vast, vast majority of people would never believe me. But I know that MY experience with it is true. I also know that the feel one gets when they're in Israel is something that can't be explained. I can tell you that the air over there just feels different. I believe there's a reason that the vast majority of major religions started in that area - because it feels different. I can't explain it better than that. So to hear claims made over several centuries from various people on the same thing, makes me sit back and wonder if at least some of those people truly experienced what they claim to have experienced. Now, do I believe the story behind the shrine written in this article? I don't know, but I'll likely research it more and come to my own conclusions. And I don't expect others to share my conclusions.
Let me know when restores a lost limb. lol@ a magic shrine....sometimes i wish i was born 10,000 years from now when hopefully this silly nonsense is long gone.
