Just from the looks of it... Dont look like he knew what SHE was expecting!! So sorry for him if he thought that would be romantic to HER!! I bet if he would have paid attention to what SHE likes then he would have did things differently. Some women want you down on one knee, a beach wedding with family and friends, etc. You have to PAY ATTENTION!!! Looks like she was totally not interested in his proposal to me.
no doubt. he got totally humiliated. that is why men dont go out their way like that. It was stupid on his part anyway.
yeah - always the women.. never the men... Its NEVER a wise idea to go that public w a proposal, unless, you have had a in depth discussion about the subject... Its rolling the dice. Looks to me he didnt do that. Of course, had it been me, I would have not mortified him like that either.
please when's the last time a woman proposed to a man like that? spent all that money to ask for his hand in marriage. go back to bed and come back when you know what you're talking about
uh, that women dont pay that sort of money to propose to a man had absolutely zero to do with your response to the video. Foo You know it. so stop diverting. I know your tactics. :smt080 Second, Reason women dont propose to men is that it would be perceived as needy in a best case scenario - and the man would run away screaming - for the most part. I don't know one man that would be ok with being proposed to, I know some are ok with it. Hell, Pinks man was cool with it - the vast majority certainly not. You know it so stop fronting. I know exactly what your reaction would be had a woman done that to you, HAHAHA... As a matter if fact, will you go to an Eagles game with me???;-) I love your tactics tho.. no riling me up -I know your e-persona too well.... :smt060
eagles...probably not.. im thinking about going to see Bon Jovi at the old Wachovia Center in a few months tho
im a bit skeptical about going to any big-time events around here, to be honest... this happened when the UFC came to philly (probably for the last time) big ass ruckus broke out..not a wild black man in sight
she acted like an ass. it should be a sign to him. again he was an idiot to do that anyway. LOL. would it be perceived as a man being needy when he ask a woman
I feel for the guy because the way she handled it was shitty, but he did set himself up for that possibility. IMO, a marriage proposal is too personal to be done in a public display. It should be a private & special moment. Of course there are some women wouldn't mind a public show, but the man needs to know without a doubt that she'd be receptive to it.
exactly....even if you do it in front of her family at dinner would be fucked up. I would do it in private because she mite act like an ass
The woman acting like an ass is not the reason to do it in private, G-love...lol. In most cases a man who proposes with an audience is showing off...a.k.a. acting like an ass...& that is not attractive. I would feel disrespected & put on the spot in a public setting whether it's at a game or a family dinner. It's supposed to be a special moment between a man & woman; that's why it should be done in private.
You had me spitting coffee on that one.. "should be a sign to him" I think its too late for that - she clearly wasnt interested - i.e, after that - the relationship is over. If you KNOW that your woman would like to get married to you, then there is no risk for the woman to "act like an ass". None. If you want to show off and dont really know if she wants to get married to you... well, all bets are off. If you get an unwanted marriage proposal, I bet its really awkward. He put her in a really awkward situation with everybody watching.... again, I despise the way she reacted, but that doesnt mean I think he did the right thing either. He was an ass. She was an ever bigger ass. A friend of mine claim that the background to that video was that they had been going out for 1 or 2 months, I dont know if that is true, but then its even worse, I agree w Tam though.. I even hate when friends announce my birthday out loud in a restaurant. It makes me cringe. Nah, in private, no fanfare.. just quiet and romantic.
