This little known organization within the defense department has been key to the technological revolutions within the military with spinoffs to the civilian sector for decades. It's were the Internet was born. Check out on it's main page the "Deep Learning Leverage Machines, Learning Techniques" Program that DARPA is exploring. a decade ago, I had to do a group-project on DARPA. Nothing new if you took information technology classes, but very interesting organization that countless people no nothing about. yeah I was gonna ask the same thing....why the wedding photos. the radio talk show host love saying that big govt has no business in the private sector but if it wasnt for the govt then a lot of research would nt be done. as a matter of fact on fareed zakaria ceo's from companys asking the the govt to invest more into business to do research. now using the std's of conservative talk shows that is socialism
