Movie based off of a comic book, with a director (Kenneth Brennaugh) that likes to cast people because of their talent, which is why Idris Elba is in the movie apart of the supporting cast.
Yea, I'm not going to watch it. Thor is my least favorite avenger. I just don't get what people like about him. It is the same thing with wonder woman. All that god mythology talk is rubbish. I'm also not a big fan of black panther.

Just a note: If you look closely in the trailer, the Asgardians are multiracial which means, Idris Elba isn't the only black person in the movie. Check out the guards and the hand maidens in the hall of Odin (you may need a microscope). This was Marvel decision to go "multi-culture", why because this will be seen international as well as the state side and it's all about money. Think the recent mostly white "Robin Hood" film how was it box office take? Personally, I don't want to see Asgard multicultural just as I wouldn't want to see Wakanda (home of the Black Panther) with white folk walking around in the country.
