Never saw that movie. Must say that I'm surprised even at that. I had not even known her to even be in a movie with a black man until 'The Bounty Hunter', much less be portrayed in a relationship with one - albeit at the end

 

A "quickie stage kiss" eh? And at the end of the movie? I'd probably have to see it to make a solid judgement but it does sound a bit weak. At least from the description.

 

You know if that movie is online anywhere? Or at least the clip in question

We can partially think Tom Weilling aka Clark Kent of Smallville for the show. I do believe I read an article where this is his newest project and focus since Smallville is coming to an end.

 

Screen shots is all I can get for the kiss. It is not really a relationship with a blackman - just a surprise shocker ending of a relationship that happened in the end. The mother disaproves of it and tries to set her up with another man (White man, implied) This is after she is impregnated by a gay man she loves but cannot love her exclusively. (The plot of the movie)
