    forgot how monumental those scenes were

    they spawned numerous video-game incarnations, that mesmerized a new generation of gamers.

    I cant remember the last time a movie inspired developers in such a way, along with captivating the hearts and minds of their customers. Everyone wanted to be 'that guy' storming the beaches on D-Day.
