You know sometimes it sucks that the only way to communicate with someone is through rep... and you can't rep them yet. :(

If Im the person you want to communicate with I can give you my facebook or I can add you on Skype (If you have either one of them or we can talk on there). This forum is getting old I see why people take hiatuses from this place.

This whole notion of most people graduating from college in 4 years. I found out that as time goes on people take longer to get their degrees. It takes the average person around 5 - 6 years to get their degree nowadays.

    Materialism

    Barack Obama

Bowing to Republican pressure to extend the disastrous Bush era tax cuts for the Americans who need it the least is an act of pure cowardice. Millions of Americans are now without unemployment insurance, and Republicans in the Senate won't move on that or anything until they make sure their wealthy friends are taken care of. When dealing with your assassins, political or otherwise, you find a way to weaken them until they learn to fear you.

Friends (the sitcom - I was a fan but jeez it was so annoying sometimes)

    Underrated

Scrubs (especially in the UK - the last few seasons were kinda rubbish though)

    Id like to jaisee that.

  14. Yeah totally. It's like the whole thing was restricted to own repetitive and rigid formula (and that stupid studio audience)...but then again it was a (typical and cliched) sitcom :p

Scrubs was/is completely fresh, off-the-wall and damn right silly sometimes (which I love), yet it gets far less plaudits and references compared to 'Friends' :(

Cherishing the good and bad moments in life. The good moments are great, but the bad moments allow you to really see what you are made of. Character tends to be built best when faced in moments in despair.

Freedom- there really is no such thing as freedom. Freedom means you are able to do whatever you want to and anybody with common sense knows we cant do whatever we want without there being consequences. Freedom exist but it doesnt exist, its a huge oxymoron.

Independence- there really is no such thing as being independent. Independent means that you need no one and when you think about it we all need someone. If you honestly think you are independent because you have a job and because you live on your own etc. you are truly misinformed or need to open your mind.
Ex: You have a job and you have your own place, you think you're independent. Truth is you're not, you depend on your employer to keep you around. Oh well, I own my own business, well you still depend on customers to come to you for your services. Well ok I have my own place still though, true, but you depend on the enviorment to not come through with a tornado or any other natural disaster and knock your place over.

Independence just like freedom exist but it doesnt exist.... Complete oxymoron.

I'm trying so hard not to judge the people who said intelligence and college are overrated. I can't help but remember the Bush years when people wanted a president with whom they could sit and drink a beer and several democratic party members were considered "intellectual snobs." As a teacher, I see smart students who are picked on or squander their talents for the sake of fitting in. Intelligence and education are highly underrated and underappreciated in the U.S., and that's a damn shame.

Religion and material possession are highly overrated.

The maturity level of a couple (Im being generous, alot of yall are immature as shit) on here is ridiculous. Im not trying to come off as arrogant or anything, but Im 21 and more mature than ALOT (if not most) of the posters on this fucking board. Some of the people on here should be ashamed of how petty and immature they are. Have a nice day :smt026.
