Organic burrito for breakfast...Amy's organic stuff is SO GOOD!

Organic old fashioned potato soup, apple sauce, and a cheese stick for lunch.. and then roast beef with veggies and a whole wheat roll for dinner.

Now, I'm drinking herbal holiday sugar cookie tea. I guess that's proof I'm an old lady...I'm drinking tea in the evening. lol

I ate home-made vegetable soup (butternut squash, rutabaga, carrots, onion, green beans, anaheim peppers, cauliflower, green onion and parsley) with some ginger, garlic and saffron. To that I had a hot cheese sammich made of tortilla bread and Jarslberg.

It was perfect for the cold weather here.

That's so funny....60 freezing, it would be freezing here too at that, but since I grew
up in Minnesota, when someone says freezing at 60, I have to laugh!
I may try to make your soup though....I love soup and that sounds so healthy...

30-33g of Whey protein and a granola bar, followed by 1:30mins of weight lifting..

then another 30-33g of whey, 2 slices of multi-grain bread, and a cup of orange juice afterwards

for lunch which was on the go, 2 granola bars (gotta keep that fiber up) and 2 bottles of muscle milk

for dinner, 3 (yes three) corned-beef sandwiches on whole-grain wheat (mmm roughage) and some Italian cold pasta.

not a real vegetable in sight today, but I still feel like I could go a few rounds on a mat or in a ring at 3 in the morning, after a full day of work and all that shit. in other words, my energy/testosterone levels are buzzing like a sumbitch. :smt106
