I think her attorneys would have a hard sell to convince that she doesn't have good earing potential. A friend of mine who is way into this was talking about it and she said there are blind items written about them and how they had an open relationship. There's a whole bunch of stuff wrong with thos statement.
1. He didn't set out to hurt her that was just the end result of his bad decisions. Her going after his money is malicious, especially since she doesn't need it.

2. I doubt there is a single person who goes into a marriage thinking they'll cheat four years later. In the beginning everyone has the intentions on staying together forever but things often change. It happens so frequently I don't get why people are even surprised anymore.

3. A man who cheats on his wife in most cases still loves his wife. Matter of our hearts and matters of our dicks are two different things. Men don't have the same emotional attachment to sex that most women have.
