Why I usually don't look at BBW

I still stand by my opinion that there are more important things to be concerned about. I didn't say it's -not- an injustice, I said there are more important ones out there.

The media is bullshit. I think the majority of people are fucking brainwashed sheep who have no idea how to think for themselves. I think a lot of people are stupid and make stupid decisions. But that doesn't eclipse the fact that I weep for hungry children as opposed to who Tyrone fucked last week.


Besides. I don't agree with the media's spoonfeeding everyone what bauty is supposed to be. If people would stop acting like the shit on the covers of magazine are the only desirable and worthwhile women in the world and that the rest of us with stretch marks, scars, freckles and cellulite aren't shit then it wouldn't be such a huge problem.

 

What is available to them? Thats is such an odd statement - I mean if they are only going for white because they are white is what is easily to assume if they say such as thing?
So that makes me wonder if these BM that date overweight ww - who would they date if they dated a BW? Logic say they probably would like the same body type, in general.
Most people are hardwired w a type and dont change that drastically, unless its the white part that counts.. and then, well.

On the thug types having the pretty ww? The Thug types I see here with ww.. date ww that clearly look "hood" both big and not so big..but still hood looking.


If you look at the number of overweight wm. and the number of bm that date ww - logic say these huge ww that you speak of, have a bigger chance to date such a wm, rather than a bm.
If they are approached by a good looking, fit bm - AND are interested in bm - well, then why would they not go for it?

A lot of men on here state often that bm are less prone to be so selective about body types compared to their white peers.... so isnt that a reflection of who they date? Its beautiful to them?? Black or white?
Then, its not the same standards applied for a BM dating a BW as it is for the same BM to date a WW? Is the standards different? Looks like it. Its ok to date a big bw, but not a big ww???

Both the white community and the black community is ridden with weight issues - unfortunately, it is larger in the black community - so given that - what would these men that date overweight ww date if they dated black?

Maybe its easier to spot in IR relationships because they are easier to spot, we dont look so much at fit black man with overweight black woman etc, bla bla - its just easier to spot.
Sheer numbers say that there cant be that much difference and ignoring what these bm, would have dated if they dated black really does not make a statement. If they would date an overweight bw, then its a moot point.

In the end, its a judgement of the bm who prefer overhweight women, what gives you the right to judge them for their taste? I honestly think to a large degree, its bm, that are distracted by this "fact" - others dont pay as much attention to it it seems to me.
And if some bm, date "bottom of the barrel" white women, AND would not date a "bottom of the barrel" bw.. then the issue becomes something completely different... and its not flattering to either said bm and ww.

Here in LA, I see 10 good looking, "well matched" bm/ww couples for every "mismatched" bm/ww couple. And who the hell am I to judge.

Calling it cover racism is odd to me, did someone point a gun to said BMs head, stuff the overweight ww down their throat and forced them to date them - and said "you black, you can only have these bottom of the barrel ww"???
If they choose that route - its either because they find it beautiful - OR, if they dont, and its the "only ww available to them" - well, as I said - thats a whole other issue.
Its only a stereotype if you feed into it...why are some people so distracted by what others think, like it makes it real?

I think this issue is by and large fed into by people that in general dont find larger women attractive and refuse to accept the fact that some do - like they think these men who like larger women are wrong, but dont know it - or got brainwashed or something.

Most people really dont give a shit, they are busy with their own lives to pay attention.

Again, I want to know what bw these bm who date large ww, would date. I bet the majority would chose a large bw as well.

I see that it is listed that you live in Oklahoma. I don't know if you always lived there but according to this site(http://calorielab.com/news/2010/06/28/fattest-states-2010/) your state state is one of the most obese states in the country. But yet you see many fit IR couples all the time? That is like me saying I I see mostly fit and in shape black couples but yet the majority of black women are overweight. Does that really seem likely? If I live in Maryland which is ranked 25th and I see mostly fat WW in IR couples you surely have to see many more because you live in a state that is more obese.

Yes those pictures are of Kourtney and she is not overweight at all. But she is in the minority from what I see and know. I'm not pushing this stereotype just stating what is really the truth. I'm not saying all WW that date BM are overweight but the majority are.

I think you there's a language barrier FG because covert is the opposite of what you described as far as a gun to your head tactic. Covert racism is a limiting of options by demonizing someone through other outlets. As discussed before bm are considered the abosolute bottom of the barrel in this country period. That's why we are arrested more, denied small business loans and home loans(except when there was preditory lending) than anyone else. We're more likely to be shot by the police, least likely to find gainful employmrnt, just all around seen as shit by this country on a whole. We are so demonized that even on dating websites we are the least likely candidates to be responded to on dating websites by people of other races(okcupid statistics) so when I say there is covert racism I'm saying there are so many factors that limit our options. Its incredibly frustrating to say the least especially when you many of you try to make me sound like I'm making this up in my shallow little mind. I guess for the ww who are benefiting from it its not a problem and why would they want to bring it up.

 

Like she said its what she sees personally fam. Like for me when I see statistics placing black people in the lowest percentiles for education that's just not the case for me or anyone I know. In fact every single black person I know above the age of 25 has a either a professional job or a professional degree. No one in my circle has ever been to jail or as far as I know committed a crime, shit I don't even know one dude who doesn't pay child support or isn't in their kid's life. So in my world the negative stereotypes don't apply even though statistics dictate differently.

 

Thank you for pointing out the absurdity of his reply Andrae. Oklahoma is also considered one of the most conservative, uptight, nontolerant states, and yet in Tulsa I rarely run across that in anyone under the age of about 70. There are plenty of obese people here, as there are many places, but I still don't see obese WW with fit BM on a regular basis. Like I said I should just start taking pics so people could open their mind a bit. Some people will just always choose to see what they want to see instead of what's there.

Andrae how many black people do you know, 3? White people are in some the higher percentiles when it comes to education but I still know white people that don't have a college degree or HS dipolmas for that matter. But on average the white people I know are better educated than the black people I know. Aren't you from NYC? I just find that hard to believe that you don't a single black person that isn't well educated, committed a crime, or doesn't pay child support.

 

This is a very good point! And let's also keep in mind that a great deal of white American women are still being told not to bring a black American man home.

I use the internet sites for dating and most white women I see are looking specifically for white men. Those who are open to interracial dating are usually only open to Asian men or Hispanic men.


The black man is still demonized in American culture as the face of everything that is evil. It takes a special kind of person to date interracially.
