Speaking of pairs, are you paired up with a set of ACUs yet?

Not yet. I thought we don't get any of that stuf until during or after basic. I haven't shipped out yet. I gotta finish school so I'm just doing PT.

The type of lady that I like is beautiful(obvious), mature, but also has a really goofy side. I have a goofy sense of humor so it is always nice to share that with someone. I like the smart type of women that speaks only when she truly has something to say, not just the type that speaks to omit the awkward feeling of silence. Just like that one chick said in Pulp Fiction, "that's how you know that you found someone special, when you can just shut up, and enjoy each others company, no need for unnecessary and meaningless communication." That's not the exact quote, but you get the gist. Anyone on here like that? lol

Well hypothetically speaking, meaning ignoring anyone being married, or involved with someone else:

I always think you and Tarshi would make a good pair, you seem to have a bond. You and TC also would be a good pair, she's a fantastic lady with pretty feet.

Good. Try getting in the habit of running after doing pushups and situps. It will help you to get ready for the PT test.

    Right here!! :smt039

Not a big talker, and I hate awkward conversation. I'd much rather be silent.

Thanks, Espy. Great choices obviously out of a number of great possibilities on this forum. I worry that Tarshi may have been driven off recently by what seemed to be a misunderstanding with another forum member. I hope that is not the case. This is all intended to be fun and most of us have some form of sexual tension and frustration, so I hope some of the drama will end. I really like the way you have challenged folks to just "make our lists". Cool folks like you make this a welcome place to be. And I am starting to twitch from the lack of foot fix from TC :).

People take breaks, I personally think they're really beneficial. Sometimes you come back with renewed optimism and a clearer head. I don't think any one person should cause someone to leave the forum, I think at times it seems like there's a common negative undercurrent and that can become difficult to be confronted with day after day. But those are just waves, they recede and resurge in cycles it seems. I too hope Tarshi returns, but if this isn't a place that makes her happy at the moment, then I wouldn't expect her to stay. Drama is part of life, despite our best attempts to keep it to a minimum, it still gets out of hand at times. All I can say is This too Shall Pass.

I'll put in a good word with TC for you, can't have you going into withdrawal.

Understood and I certainly take breaks, mainly because I seem to run out of things to say and topics just don't spur me to participate. I am also in a different place and that causes me to run into a wall of sorts.

Yeah, I may be here everyday, but sometimes I really don't have anything worth saying/typing.

I understand walls... I wish you success in scaling the wall, or knocking it down, whichever best suits your circumstances Mr. Nevada. Life is too short to live any part of it miserable, or to allow walls that are not of our own making to constrain us. As someone who is currently wall free for the first time in two decades, I cannot tell you what a wonderful feeling that is.

I'm pretty sure that Tarshi wouldn't classify it as a misunderstanding. :smt009

Drama is a part of life, but I've never encountered in my life as much negativity as this board seems to spew on a daily basis these days. As a person that tries to be optimistic about things and view life as a 'glass half-full' kind of person, it's frustrating to log on here and feel the need to fight with what seems like a majority of regular posters. It just ruins the WWBM experience, and I think that is how some posters feel.
