    STFU!! :p :p :p

This is very true. If 30 million people aren't watching the show, they cancel it. It's gotten so ridiculous. Okay, it's probably more like 10 million, but you get my drift. No show can compete.

And no, they didn't give it a chance.

NBC has a habit of cancelling good shows but keeping shitty shows. I was salty as fuck when they cancelled Trauma but kept that shitty nurse show.

...and that is why network T.V. sucks and has sucked for a very long time.

yeah If I remember correctly, I think they were looking to chip into the show's budget. Supposedly Dennis wasn't going for the okie-doke, and refused to work the show anymore. Don't know if that was the official reason, but it would make sense.

The show had plenty of special effects, incredible locations, and tons of hardware. It was like watching a big budget movie sometimes. Guess if the show became watered down, it wouldn't have been the same.

I guess it all comes down to opinion because I felt Trauma was recycled garbage. I've seen that type of show too many times and it didn't add any new wrinkles to its storytelling. Also I hated that Derek Luke was wasting his career possibly on a bland TV show.

I've been recording Undercovers on my DVDR. My impression is that it was a show that would have been better on a network like USA rather than NBC. Fans of JJ want shows that have long, ongoing arcs. They want the storytelling to be serial. This show had instead stand-alone episodes; none of the events in one ep carried over to the next. It had an old school feel to it. If any of you have seen a show like Hart to Hart on one of those cable networks that carry old TV shows you'll know what I'm talking about. Nonetheless Undercovers didn't have the spark that those shows did.

Its disappointing that one more show with black leads falters, but I won't miss it much. Boris Kodjoe is this good-looking guy that ladies seem to like and his character is supposed to be this legendary agent that makes you think of James Bond in some ways. And yet NOT ONCE in the eps aired so far did he ever get a moment to explore his sexual magnetism with a woman other than his wife. No women from his life before he met her, no women he wooed in the past when undercover as well as no women he wooed in the current episode while doing his job as an undercover agent. I don't even recall him flirting with any woman in a scene while he played whatever role was called upon him to play for that week's assignment. In fact I don't even recall the hint that he had ever had any other woman in his life outside his wife. This may be the first time in the history of Hollywood that a handsome guy in that type of job never got to have those moments. Hmmm. I wonder why. Sounds like typical Hollywood's fear of exploring the sexuality of straight black men.

But of course for the wife, well, she was called upon to flirt with all types of men (all of them drawn to her) and of course there were male characters (all white) introduced who either had a sexual past with her or at least some sort of sexual attraction shared between them. Yeah, enough of that. Bye-bye.

Black women supposedly say that they want such shows and movies but in the end they are drawn to black amle bashing crapola like For Colored Girls. Black audiences get what they deserve.

All shows (Tv and cable) are struggling against reality shows, it's not surprising. A cable show has more of chance obviously because they can push the envelope more.

No I like Nurse Jackie and thats on Showtime. Im talking about Mercy, they eventually cancelled Mercy but they did keep it longer than Trauma (both lasted only one season.).

You see? That's why reality shows should be banned from the very beginning. Why are we watching that garbage anyway? I feel in about 10 to 20 years from now, reality shows will be long gone, long dead.

No doubt about it. Or we will have our own internet tv where we can choose favorite shows to watch. Reality shows getting so damn annoying and has been flooding in our telly for far too long. It needs to be stop now. That's why I turn off reality shows, there's nothing to watch something good.

I, for one, can never understand why Americans are so damn obsessed with reality shows. What's there to watch? What happened to good old days where we had so many, many good shows flooded up our tellies?

Blimey...that's unacceptable, let me tell you that. That's UNACCEPTABLE! :smt092

Hopefully, by that time in 20 years from now, we will be finally free from reality shows's death grip.

Watching a reality series is kinda like watching a comic book super hero flick. You know what you're going to get each time. :D

Reality tv shows put actors out of work, thats why I dont watch that ish anymore. Plus they are so predictable that its not even worth wathcing. Thats the problem with Hollywood in general they cant leave a good thing alone, they gotta milk it for everything its worth (which in turn makes it played out). Perfect example of this, is all the Friday the 13th movies that came out out after the 3rd one, the Halloween movies, the Saw movies etc the word swag, autotune etc.

Are you kidding me? Are you compare reality tv series to comic book super hero flick?! Good god, you're being blinded by this. Perhaps shame rained upon you today, lad!

Seriously, I'm not laughing. Here's exactly why....

This, Jamal, set an example out of Hollywood. That's why Reality tv shows put actors out of work, due to America's obsession with Reality shows, that's why.

And two months ago, As the world turns, drawn last breathe. That show died very painfully while Reality tv shows reign supreme, how can you think that reality tv series is like watching comic book super hero flick!?! Blimey...you need a reality check, bro!

Sorry, Kushton Slater, I was set an example out of him to teach him about what Hollywood has done, that's all.

Anyway, what I'm saying, Jamal, all reality tv shows that they produced are no longer unacceptable. Can't you see that reality tv shows has flooded up in our tellies as of late?! Today's people just wants their fifteen minutes of fame, just want to be on telly, period.

Again, you need to wake up and see it! There's nothing like super hero flick! God, I feel like an idiot for teaching you something...! :smt108

well I never seen the show but it sound like they were trying to show a BM being loyal or something stupid. whatever rite
and hell reality shows are not really reality. they are really scripted for the most part. we all know that.

    you want reality?

    watch COPS

    lol

but damn..that's kinda scripted too....you never see the incidents where a cop beats an unarmed man silly, or goes into a perp's pocket for 'tax'

that's the real shit I wanna see. that or when a cop and his partner take drug money, or grab a hookers ass and tells her he gets 'off' at 8.

Of course, we're all not that stupid. That's why I hate reality shows too damn much. They should be gone by now! No thanks to America's stupid obsession with Reality shows, despite knowing that they're really scripted from behind the camera.

We're not fooled that easily, damn it! :smt013
