LOL!! Very true! I tend to shy away from scandals though.

Right. And that wasn't my intention. But intentions won't matter. It's how it looks.

My one friend text me and said he feels sorry for those two victims of mine. :smt043

That's the kind of talk I don't need at work.

Books, I don't think you should worry about what other people think of you at work. They are all adults. Adults often date if they are single. Don't miss out on a good opportunity with 'B' because you are worried about what 'A' might say or anyone else for that matter. Who knows, 'B' just might be the right match for you, but you won't know if you don't give it a chance. But this is just my opinion, what can I say, I am an optimistic.

I however have just spent all morning baking goods for my older sisters engagement party this afternoon. I am so proud and excited for the event today. I love seeing her this happy. It warms my heart. It is a roaring 40's glamore themed party. It is going to be a blast. Can you tell I am a proud baby sister here. :D

    I agree.

You shouldn't worry so much about what others might think. You don't wanna miss out on something because of it.

    Exactly.

    Congrats to your sister!!

    I'm just postponing the date.

He got out of a marriage and will be dating a lot, and I think I want a little more time inbetween ending it with "A" and seeing if anything will be going on with "B".

I try not to conduct myself on how others might think of me, however, when you spend more than 40 hours a week with the same people, it's something I strive for to keep my reputation intact.

    No worries Devorn!!

I understand where you're coming from. I met last bf at my job (he was a customer), and it wasn't the first time over the last 8 years I dated someone I met at work. An awkward situation has the potential to be created & it makes sense to want to avoid it, especially when people at work know your personal business (especially if things don't work out). But I'd hate for you to miss out on something good. Maybe if you let some time pass, then it might be more comfortable for you to give it a shot. It's hard to date in the workplace, but we spend so much time at work it's where we usually meet people. It's a catch 22 lol.

Going on two dates with one guy then months later going on a date with another does NOT make you a tramp, Booksie! Maybe if you were hooking up with guys left, right and centre you'd have reason for concern... Fuck any talk, just do it!!

Here's my phone after coming back from Japan.. I think this is actually fairly tame, I could have gone a lot crazier!

I won't keep it like this for long, but it makes me smile for now :)

Although I understand your position, I also think if your gut is telling you not to go, you're probably right.

I know what you mean, I've spent alot of money on the T mobile lately for calling my mate on Orange and it's cost me a fortune, I need to have a serious talk about ehr getting an 02 as otherwise I'm just gonna stop calling.

Talking about bills, have you started to worry about christmas yet:smt085
I know I have, I did have some available funds but my laptop broke down and I need it to do the bits and pieces on Ebay, the guy said it would be a 150 quid to fix it, I'm like nahhh not for a nearly 3 yr old laptop I won't bother.
So I've had to lay out for a new one, something that wasn't a foreseen exspenditure, if I had known I wouldn't have paid for Sally Morgan tickets for me and my Mum (she loves sally morgan) as a surprise, I really need to start making a contingency fund and be a bit more frugal (although I don't see how) :smt088
All the time now in the background is a humming noise going christmas, christmas, christmas, christmas.

Today is my mom's 44th birthday. I'm trying to find her a cheesy e-card to send to her, cause I know she loves those things.

    Yes, I'm quoting myself. :smt043

I sent an email to "A" on Friday, officially ending it, even though it was over months ago and I was hoping he knew it. He replied on Saturday that he knew it was over after I went on my soul-searching mission in August and that he's cool just being friends. Whew.

Anyway, I didn't get that message until I got home on Saturday night.

Saturday, I drove up to Milwaukee with my movie making friends to help them out on crew. Afterwards, I ended up meeting "B" at a bar for a drink. We shot a game of pool, and talked, then we went to a restaurant and had a late dinner. It was a nice few hours. I didn't kiss him though.

    We shall see.
