    if everyone thought like that...

I understand. I'm just saying that jumping to conclusions can be unproductive and often has negative consequences. That promising young man's life may have been extinguished because someone jumped to a conclusion.

Most killer cops are educated..as are the people that let them go free.

Good thing I'm not a cop, seriously, I thought about going to the academy but I knew if I were to become a cop...I would jump to conclusion, be prejudice, abuse the law for my benefit...& it wouldn't be this huge stuff, just small things that could lead to the bad stuff. That's why I leave that profession to people more befitting.

being a cop is just like any other profession, flawed by the very nature of the human condition itself.

unfortunately, a mistake in law enforcement could leave you, your partner, or a civilian dead.

honestly, I try not to pass judgment. I don't know what it's like to know of fellow officers killed in the line of duty, and how that impacts the way you react to similar situations. Police officers really should be making more than what they make, especially when you consider stuff like that and why alcoholism exists.

Isn't it a joke that civil service for the most part, doesn't pay like private business & the likes? But civil set vents are the front lines of protection, taking care of adults & have a very important role in raising our children.

    yes indeed

42k a year to take a bullet, in the fight to keep your block safe, is pretty cheap

can't exactly say I blame narcotics for skimming drug money

In fairness that cop was a cop in upper Westchester patroling near a college that has zero crime rate. At least zero violent crime rate. He definitely over reacted because when's the last time you hear of a young white male or hell even a young blonde female being "accidently" killed. Its great reminder that racism is still very much alive and no matter what we accomplish to many we're a bunch of thugs waiting to be killed.

    seriously

how can you make 42 a year, and have the integrity to evidence ALL of the drug money you seized?

be taking like two stacks right off the top of any seizures, if they had me working that shit

in every cop show/movie you see, there is always a scene where you see that stuff happening. where else does the money go? who better to receive extra funds, than a cop?

real or not, you can't tell me that shit doesnt happen, especially when it's their (the criminals) word against yours, when it comes to how much was around.

you would just have to be aware of any post-raid work...like if they made you empty your pockets and shit
