What's going on with you 2.0?

I'm getting really tired of not having a cell phone. -_- It was chilly and rainy tonight and I had to sit outside work at like midnight waiting on a ride, with no damn phone to call and check if they were even still coming. guh. I guess I need to remember to call before the doors are locked but man does this suck anyway.

crossing my fingers on a possibility, though I'm still trying to find a plan I can afford.

LOL!! I am very shy when it comes to men. Plus, the other building is 17 miles away. I can't just hop, skip and jump on over to talk to him whenever I want. :smt013

Plus, I don't know anything about this guy. I don't know anyone who knows him, so I have no one I can discreetly ask if he's dating someone/engaged/married (though he doesn't wear a ring).

The only thing I know about him, really, is that he's cute. LOL. He seems to have a good personality, judging from the little bit of interaction I had with him when we were all on a bowling league together a couple of years ago. But I never got a chance to really talk to him and find out more.

Oh well.

 

My father is Cancer free! He has to go back for more testing in 4-6 months, but right now, hes good.

I wish he would stop smoking, but I don't see that happening.

Like I told him, I feel like he's been given a warning sign to stop smoking. His habit is so strong and for so long, so I know it's hard. although he's quit 2x before. I asked him to cut back, he said he doesn't smoke that much. 6 a day. I know that's not a lot, but when you had Cancer once and were given a warning sign, you need cut back even more and then quit.

Speaking of good news, I was sick earlier today. With a high fever burnt across my face. I spent all day sleeping today. Now, my fever is broke down. I feel a bit better.

I will rest soon. Not going to spend much time here. I'll be going back to bed soon. I need my strength. Please excuse me if I talk very strange today.

my grandmother gave up the gaspers at the grand ol' age of 85...she passed away the day before i left the states to return home. she was 90

 

Great news IB.. That must be a huge relief.

 

She lived quite long for being a 'gasper' as you put it lol. Just think of how much longer could've lived, & that's nice she was able to stop after she probably smoked for a while right?

As for my phone....nope. Not this time. It's gonna be another month, at least, and then I bet I still won't be able to afford it. so no phone for me. -_-
