I thought they dissected this pic/video many times in the media. The chick is a blk French girl who was part of the crowd who welcomed him to the city and 2nd they said Obama was looking down the steps while descending but the angle of the pic taken made it appear that he was checking her. But Sarkoszy seems to enjoy whatever was going on. I dont know about the 2nd pic tho.
