if more people expended excess energy lifting weights, or getting off their donut asses to do some jumping jacks, they wouldn't be so concerned about 'fighting' people from the end of a keyboard.

I always find these questions silly.

    Why fight on the net?

    hell why not?

What is wrong with a good amount of verbal sparing? I have a point, person B has a point, and each of us wants to prove that point. To pretend like arguments don't happen in real life is silly...(at least I believe)...and to pretend that fights on the net aren't going to happen is silly as well.

And people who say "You wouldn't say it in person" would be shocked to know just how much a person will say in person.

I have argued, do argue, and will argue in the future.......but once I have said my peace/piece I'm done (sometimes). Folk need to stop acting like the net is the new invention that does not carry with it the same bullshit you will find in real life.

A "good verbal sparing" would be what I call a debate, but belittling people and using crash language to get your point across are what I call a senseless fight. Theres a respectful way to do things and a disrespectful way to do things. I like to debate but I do it in a manner which is well mannered. I argue too but not on the internet with people that I will probably never meet and who have no effect on my daily life. Its a WASTE OF TIME.

My point is these things do happen in real life, and they happen often.

Rudeness, disrespect, assholery., Lets be honest arguing IN GENERAL is a waste of time, whether one the net or off. I just think its silly to act as if people are above doing on the internet what they have done (and will do) in real life.

The internet is really nothing more than an extension of real life. In fact I say you get a more honest view inside a person's head on the internet than in real life. On the net you can be who you want to be unencumbered by reality. Now it may not be how you really are in person, but its a clear view as to what TYPE of person you are.

I am enjoying this site, but sometimes yall small little group puzzles the shit out of me. Yall can go from "which white chick looks the best in loin cloth" to "Why you mofo's arguing" in a split second..... low brow and then wax high brow.

yo...I'm from Kentucky.....you have to keep it simple from me, stop confusing me. Either enjoy the fuckery......or don't....but lets not pretend.

    I digress

...But arguing on real life and on the internet...

How you combat them both is by ignoring the shit. But on the internet, as in real life...people are drawn to negativity.

    ...and then they complain about.

LOL...I know you Sailors can be dense, but work with me man. (I'm just fucking with ya squid)

When I mean the same "bullshit" of course I don't mean tangible shit like pimp slappin' and mushin' a fool. I mean disrespect, rudeness, contempt and incivility the same bullshit you find off the net, you are going to find on the net.
