Real talk fam. Dude I'm going back to lifting heavy this month I try to cycle it. One month heavy one month max reps with light weights. For chest and tris do you think four exercises each is enough?
I sure didn't lose respect. As long as he did his job that's all I cared about. Its unfair to blame him for other idiots going out and cheating. Its not his fault if others let him slide and wanted emulate his behavior but again this was something so public and people sti,, refuse to examine the institution to see if it fits todays society. Again half the marriages fail, how can that be brushed off?
Mon Oct 11 01:58pm PDT SI swimsuit model Marisa Miller is the new NFL spokesperson By Chris Chase In recent weeks we've discussed the NFL's inane definition of a catch, the awful rule about calling a timeout before a field goal and how the league reprimands too many players for having fun. We've written about bad coaching and even worse officiating. We've criticized the potential 18-game schedule and wondered what life would be like if the NFL has a work-stoppage next year. Even though it's the most lucrative sports league in the world and we love it more than anything, sometimes it seems like the NFL isn't doing much right. A decision today may either advance that thinking or reverse it, depending on your opinion. The league announced that Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Marisa Miller will become the new spokesperson for the NFL. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Miller's first responsibility will be to help promote the upcoming San Francisco 49ers-Denver Broncos game in London. Either you appreciate the fact that the NFL is using a model to promote the sport or you're baffled why the league would choose now -- right in the middle of the Brett Favre scandal -- to announce this move. Dubbed the "SuperFan," Miller is also set to appear in both print and television commercials for the league. The former Victoria's Secret model will be an NFL spokesperson through at least the 2011 Super Bowl. Miller, a lifelong Niners fan, has already posed for the initial print advertising campaign. You can see the pictures at The Hollywood Reporter's website. ________________________________________________________________ Now wait a minute, I would like to invite everyone to voice their opinion about rather or not this is hypocritical of the NFL. Also I noticed this article failed to mention that she became famous first for doing all nude photos with a magazine called Perfect 10.
I follow this split Mon - Chest/Shoulders (3 exercises each)/Deadlifts 5x5 Wed - Back/Tri (3 exercises each)/Deadlifts 3x8 Fri - Leg/Biceps (3 exercises each)/Stiff Legged Deadlifts 3x8 I also do a few sets from the grappling circuit, to warm up. Deadlifting is something new that I've added, but the other stuff from the split seems solid with 3 sets per muscle group. My bench is up to 225lbs x 17 times (with just one chest day), so something is working. You don't have to train the same group each workout, if you follow this type of split. With tris, I generally do 4 sets from each workout, with 4-5 with the bench. My last bench set goes to about 3-5 reps with heavy weight.
Thanks fam I just finished and I did Horizontal tricep extensions 3 sets Vertical tricep extensions 3 sets Machine tricep pull downs I did inverse bench 3 sets Flat bench 4 sets 135lbs 20 times 185 15 times 225 10 times 275 3 times Chest flys 3 sets Then later I'm doing 2 mile run and a 2 mile walk for fat cutting
that's the key. i didnt look as cut when I deviated away from my 12-15 rep workouts, (205lbs) so I stopped and went back to higher reps. I was getting husky with guns and all, but my abs went away (at 225lbs). now that I have a stationary bike, I'd feel safer going to lower rep ranges. 3 types of workouts is all u need tho, per group. late edit - I switched my days so that I wouldn't work my triceps with benching. If you're looking to get the most out of your workouts, you may consider alternating. Depends on how burned out your arms get.
Yeah sounds like a better idea because I was told that you have should do chest and triceps but I didn't like my performance at all. I should be doing 275 at least 6 reps and 225 at least 15 times. How long do you do the stationary bike and how often?
conflicting views will always exist. some people don't mind working chest/tris same day, while others say alternate. best thing to do is try something for a while, and see if you notice any difference. i definitely wouldn't do Tris before chest on the same day tho.. not if you're recording your performances I just know that there was a period when I couldn't lift 225.... and another period when I could barely bang out 3 reps with it..
He's not an every day loser. He's a national winner, (hero to some? :smt102) The day an everyday loser gets to hold press conferences to retire, then un-retire, then retire, then un-retire, then retire then un-retire, get national exposure because his co workers got on a plane to beg him back, then miss work-training...is the day him showing his dack and sexting and voicesexing (3 jets employees have come forward now) will not be a news story.
Interesting observation, Bo. They sure love to dangle the cheese in front of the mouse. I know of plenty NFL players who fuck cheerleaders, despite the "rule".
I don't blame him, I said he did marriage a disservice. You can shrug your shoulders all you like about what he did, but you cant deny that the leader of this country and the free world bears some influence. I mean, he was getting blown while talking to a president in another county. As a Governor, he was sexually harassing female workers. That is bringing his sexual ish TO HIS JOB!
All men of power have done it through out history and as long as it doesn't affect your job I see no harm in it. Men have the ability to seperate sex from other things in their life and not let it trip them up. He could be getting 50 blow jobs a day I just want him to do his job right. All we care about is performance. Would you have rather had a president who was the picture of a good parent and still fucked up?
Are you sure about that? I could go back to eons in time when men started wars over their lust for a woman, and in recent times, from Governorships conducting themselves illegally, to Presidents and wanna be Presidents paying for their mistresses, sex has tripped them up. But to answer your question, I can't. I couldn't reconcile with say Obama being an awesome President, but know that he regularly beats the shit out of his kids. The way I see him love and adore his family, it matters to me. So it's a tough one for me, Andre. Maybe not for you, but I'm torn. I think a man of his personal calibre, with a nation supporting him, he could lead us greatly. So why cant we ask for both traits?
So, the fact that our President in front of cameras said he did not have sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky and then when the DNA came back to be from him, he said, oh yeah, I did have sex with her, that is okay??? If he lies about that, what more important things was he lying about? Do you really think he did that great of a job? Almost his entire Presidency was one scandal after another, he was almost impeached (and it WASN'T about Monica Lewinsky), his idea to just print money to keep the economy going, are all good traits of a President doing his job? He's the one that started the mortgages for people who couldn't afford them. He's not the President everyone likes to paint him as....he just was lucky enough not to be in office when the shit hit the fan. EDIT: under his Presidency, school programs were cut, the NEA was cut... As Governor, Arkansas's schools were ranked 49th in the country. You think he was that great of a President? Bah.
Men rarely started wars over women it was usually over pride. What you see as the President's family adoring him is all part of his PR team's agenda. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain my friend. The truth is if we have a great leader, hell anyone who is great at anything there is always another part of their life that suffers. You can't have it all its been proven over and over again. Its simple economics if you allocate time to one thing its taking time away from another thing so the thing that has time taken away from it won't be done as well. And to clarify when I said sex doesn't usually trip men up I meant as far as being able to make sound decisions, we usually make dumb decisions when we let our hearts dictate our actions. I can accept a man for his follies I don't expect him to be superman. The things some men have to do may go against their morals but it must be done. Morals are optional unfortunately dictated by circumstance. And before some of you jump down my throat about it let me ask you this would you let the worlds most reknowned cardiologist operate on a dying loved one if he were Nazi or even a Klan member?
To be honest I was literally a child during the Clinton administration but all I remember from it was no war good economy and plenty of aide for college. Truthfully no presidency has ever been nor will it ever be perfect. And the only reason Clinton supported the mortgages program was to offset the damage red lining did from the 70s to the 80s that prevented a lot of minorites from owning homes in the first place. The lending done by banks would have been fine had they not done sneaky predatory arm loans that snared people into mortgage traps. Responsibility also has to be placed on people who took loans and knew it would be a stretch but had to keep up with the Joneses. Ignorance and greed aside one of the biggest problems with housing collapse that people rarely talk about are the overwhelming medical bills people had to pay that lead them to foreclosure. And when the Clintons tried to promote universal healthcare in the 90s everyone turned on them.
If I were Jewish or Black, no, I would not let him operate on my loved one. Because I know there are other Cardiologists who could get the job done. Just like any President every 4-8 years shows, he aint' the only one who can do the job.
