I mean, all they had to *do* was to have two or three officers - with appropriate shielding acoutrements - head up to the door, knock and ask if all is well...and if they hear anything untoward, they *force their way in*....


As opposed to what they *did*....standing in a ring around the house like a buncha dorks..


No negotiation team/crisis unit with the obligatry bullhorn or anything like that....they just stood and stared.....



...until it became too late..




So now, a father and a husband...has.....lost *everything*......


And he'll carry that pain and grief to his grave...





As for those **FOOLS** that ALLOWED this.....unforgivable sin to transpire..

Blessings to the family of the deceased, and I have no sympathy for the perpetrators...
but on another level.. I notice this article mentions that the victims lived in an upscale area, and one of them was forced to withdraw $15K from a bank..
I agree that the local police should be scrutinized/disciplined/fired, etc...

but in any number of urban/inner-city areas, police/Fire/EMS response is minimal/nil to emergency calls.. why does it take the brutal kidnapping/torture/murder of affluent/middle-class types to get 'outrage' from Fox and company?

 

Because they're elitist assholes.

 

That part of Connecticut is unfamiliar with that level of violent crime.
And as much as I have a suspicion of ALL law enforcement, ( my Black ass paranoia!!lol), there's no way a couple of bank security officers or a teller were trained to deal with that type of situation, ( customer reports she's being forced to withdraw $10,000? from her account and is being held hostage by the driver with another kidnapper holding her family hostage).

Those two guys are friggin MONSTERS, btw.
