Citizens of the world's richest countries are getting fatter and fatter and the United States is leading the charge, an organization of leading economies said Thursday in its first-ever obesity forecast. Three out of four Americans will be overweight or obese by 2020, unless governments, individuals and industry cooperate on a comprehensive strategy to combat the epidemic, the study by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said. The ranks of the overweight have swelled to nearly 70 percent in the U.S. this year from well below 50 percent in 1980. I think a lot of it is just the fast paced lifestyle we lead in north america. I just always feel like I'm on the go and there's not enough time in the day, and everything I mean to do just keeps being pushed onto the next day's list of things. So, since people might feel rushed they just get fast food and eat it right away, rather than take time to go grocery shopping, think of what to make, and then prepare and cook it. Just my opinion.

wouldnt be bad if mofos continued to exercise AFTER high school. Eating junk is bad on its own, but even worse when you dont do that.
seriously man...phys ed was mandatory in school for a reason... after graduation, mofos get lazy as fuck. 3 times a week is all you need. plus you'll feel better
^ You're right. A lot of people just don't exercise. At all. I'm not talking about taking a walk around the block or even just walking one mile. Go to the GYM, or if you're doing a mile, RUN, but most importantly, exercise. No excuses. If you have an entire gym at home, (I'm not talking bowflex or some half-ass equipment like that) then use that shit. All of it. Otherwise, do some cardio and burn that fat. Most importantly, do SOMETHING instead of making a million excuses. That gets you nowhere.

I was on an amry forum last night an dudes were talking about how HALF the guys in their unit were fat or pushin' it. Maybe they should test physical fitness more frequently while in service.
after visiting i can say its the portion sizes and the quality of meals available. you don't get half the stuff here that you get over there luckily...i mean...cheesy fries with deep fried bacon...!!!! good lord....!!!
