For what it's worth, the dilemma fairly much parallels that of what's happening Stateside and the Illegal Mexican Border Jumpers. http://www.mb.com.ph/articles/279291/sarkozy-targets-roma-migrants In either case, if something ISN'T done to redude, if not totally remove and/or abate the influx of illegals....the economic (as wellas environmental) situation for both fiefdoms SHALL (metaphorically or even, yes, literally) become disatrous overnight.. Is there not a way to *help* the Roma work their way into society there as more productive citizens of some sort....as opposed to wanting to *leech* and *sponge* of the host country? There MUST be *some* kinda *common ground* that *can* and *must* be reached to appease *all* involved..... OpinionsCartoonStudios@Yahoo.Co.UK

EU To Begin Proceedings Against France Over Roma Expulsions September 29, 2010 The European Union's executive body says it will begin legal proceedings against France over the recent expulsion of Roma. EU Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding told France24 television that the European Commission is launching an infringement process against France for violating European rules on freedom of movement. The move comes after France expelled hundreds of Romanian and Bulgarian Roma migrants. The controversial expulsions of the Roma led to a serious row between Brussels and Paris. The European Commission's decision, reached in a closed-door meeting today, could eventually lead to large fines and could become a political embarrassment for French President Nicolas Sarkozy. France's Roma Expulsion Creates Tension in Europe Video by PBSNewsHour reported on September 27, 2010 Read the Transcript: http://to.pbs.org/bHBIAF The French government's decision to expel Roma immigrants back to Romania and Bulgaria has brought criticism from some in Europe. Ben Barnier of GlobalPost reports on the controversial decision.
I was incorrect,I was mentioned the head scarves. Anyway,I have no sympathy for them when they were after me when I was going to cybercafe in Paris years back. I had to be very angry to make sure they go away. When I go to Rome it will be the same thing. I had to be on my toes at all times. All of this news from Brussels by the EU do not know nothing of the Roma problem except letting them go free all over the place.
