    Fortunately you aren't velvet-ish. Ew.

LOL @ Casper. They usually call me Mozzarella... especially in summer. Hey beauty, I have a question. Your mum is lebanese right? or turkish? I forgot.

I always say that, it's too fun. But one time I said it while being in a car with a bunch of black guys. Not sure they appreciated it, lol.

Akon----> senegal----> blackest people i've ever seen, lol.

I'd say I'm Wesley Snipes to Tyson Beckford ... to Gabrielle and Kobe possibly, but there's your problem -- go to Wikipedia, Gabrielle and Kobe look darker in their pictures than Tyson.

Isn't it always going to be relative? It's not like you'll be dark (or light) in any kind of objective sense -- it will always be how dark or light you are compared to somebody (thing?) else. Because if you're not comparing to anybody, then you're just you, whatever shade or hue you happen to be.

Here's the thing, and I can't say in the end if this is good or bad: What, if anything, the particular level of darkness of skin you have might mean to the object of your desire? Just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, that's going to be totally up to her.

Think of it this way: I was talking to a girl I thought was totally cute. I don't remember why, but her skin came up, and she's super pale ... in description of which, I was thinking, " ... like porcelain..." but which she just called "pasty."

Eh, probably we were both right. The lighting makes a huge difference! ;)

I guess I'm Chris Brown's complexion. So, I get a lot of different receptions from people who find value in skin color...

It was reconfirmed for me how pale I've gotten when I had the window open the other night, and the bugs where smacking into my face instead of the nearby lamp.
