You'd be surprised that those parts of the U.S. that have the smallest Black populations, outside of the deep SOuth, tend to have the least racist attitudes towards non-whites. I state this with the caveat that when the non-white population approaches 'critical mass', meaning good White folk start to notice 'damn, there's a LOT of colored around here!', at which point the script flips.

Generally speaking in the midwest you have a WAY better shot at getting a white girl then in say, the southeast. I was born in Chicago lived there until I was 3, moved to Mobile,Al lived there until I was 17. Then I moved back to Il but to a small city close to Iowa borderline called Galesburg. I stayed there for a year and some change, then moved to bolingbrook, il (suburb of chicago). Then I moved back to Mobile (stayed there for a year), then came back to Bolingbrook back in 09 and have been here ever since. In my 21 years of life and in my moving back in forth from the Deep South to the Midwest. What I have noticed is in both areas theres a rise in IR, with the rise in the midwest, being higher due to the fact that IR in the midwest has always been more tolerable than in the southeast. The difference though to me is, IR is something you can find in big city midwest and small city midwest. In the south the IR (BM/WW to be more specific) is bigger in the big cities, but small to non exisitent in the small towns. It also seems like in the midwest if a white girl likes you, shes go after you no matter what. In the south (generally speaking) if a white girl likes a black man she'll flirt, but due to social hangups and fear she wont take it further (unless youre the star qb who might be playing d1 ball next year in college lol).
