I read a post by maddy (i believe it was her and they jumped her for having an opinion. it was under the thread good black men and she mentioned credit score. I agreed with her but others was calling her a racist when it wasnt just. they just ran off at the mouth without thinking

Thick I have nothing but love for you & most of the folks here. I think approaching people with disrespect or saying flat out stupid stuff, & then feining shock, outrage, hurt feelings, or offense is just ridiculous. If I said some of the stuff that's been posted here recently I sure wouldn't be shocked to get a negative reception. Now I realize some folks don't have good sense, & I do just try to ignore them, but really I don't think we can fault people for challenging or pointing out stupidity or rude comments when they see them. I think we're all adults here, & as such we're capable of giving as good as we get...& honestly if someone can't accept that I question why they would come here & set themselves up to be unhappy in the first place. Frankly I truly believe the majority of the people who show up, post crap that irritates folks, then whine about how mean people are, do it for precisely this reason, to get us all fighting amongst ourselves so they can sit back & enjoy the show.

Personally I'm not feeding them today. I love all y'all...My name is Espy & I'm here because I love, respect, & admire the BM & WW of WWBM, & ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM WITH THAT CAN FUCK RIGHT THE HELL OFF.

Why call her a bitch? I don't know. Ask Saty. And yeah, it would still be a forum if we posted about every time somebody was an ass. Discussions are still being had. As far as the hate, there probably has been more of that and people being sketchy about new members. It's not like there WASN'T a flood of chums over the summer that signed up just to start shit. And it's funny how it's being made to seem that every new member that signs up catches shit, when we clearly have new members actively posting. All you have to do is go to the Welcome thread section and most people that introduce themselves as a new member get greeted nicely like every other member. And most of them never post again after saying "hello". It's when a member start posting stuff that other people might not agree with. It may just be disagreed with because of differing views, or just flat out retarded. I've seen both on this site.

That's how a lot of friendships are today. I love it. My friends and I will call each other names and talk shit on each other all day, but at the end of the day, it's all love.

There is a lot of tension and stress in the country right now (racial or otherwise) and sometimes people can bring that. We've all become an increasingly sensitive society, PC has gotten out of control (maybe rightly so) and as the W.W.W and blogging continues to become an automatic, if not intimate part of our lives, (look at tweeting) it starts to become an extension of our speech and sometimes that doesn't get filtered even when posting.

Its kind of like Big Brother house, or Survivor, or Jersey Shore or The Bachelor..when you put a bunch of people together, guards go down. And on those shows, some people leave. It's human nature.

*(Ok, did I just admit to having watched any of those shows :evil: )
