One of the reasons people hire lawyers, is because they know the law. But not only do they know the 'law,' they're also aware of past rulings in similar cases, and things of that nature, which can be brought up in a trial. It is sort of a 'fairness' thing. How can people do one thing for someone, then flip the script and give you the banana up the tailpipe, because they're having a bad day.
aww man. Im gonna tell you a guy pull me to the side basically it is because it is not a large amount of cash thus it is not sexy to convict, you are a man going after a woman and they are really just overwhelmed is why they are not gonna do anything. the law is impotent. it is just written on paper for the sake of being done for money
law is impotent until your ass gets caught stealing 'wait I didnt know there was a LAWWWW against this'
then they flip the shit and get away with it reminds me of some readings we did for political science...you know...the stories about lawmakers abusing the very laws, they help put into practice that's exactly why they say, let he who cast the first stone, be without sin. how dare you judge me when you wont judge yourself
i wouldnt doubt it...this country is just as corrupt as the one's we're 'liberating' liberate my ass from this trife, Kim Jung Il
