On CNN's "Larry King," Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the man behind the NYC Islamic center, says they will proceed with plans to built.

He said the following on the "Larry King" segment hosted by Soledad O'Brian:

"If we move from that location, the story will be the radicals have taken over the discourse, the headlines in the Muslim world will be that Islam is under attack. Our national security now hinges on how we negotiate this, how we speak about it. The battlefront is between moderates of all sides...and the radicals on all sides," he said.

Moving the project to another location would strengthen Islamist radicals' ability to recruit followers and will likely increase violence against Americans, the imam said.

Blacktiger, who do you go after when the next islamic attack happens? You might as well go to war with all the countries in the middle east, europe, asia, africa, south america and some communities in the United States people of the islamic faith are everywhere in all walks of life and they are mostly people of color.

When you tell some white guys to take action against islam they will get confused and shoot, stab, club, kick, beat, punch and spit at anyone with a robe or entering/leaving a mosque. This could lead this world into utter chaos. Also I am not happy that a black man on this site telling white men to take up arms against a religious group of people who are mostly people of color when that happen anyone of us can be on the receiving end of a racial attack . . . even you.
