You don't see them wanting to enforce that law since they love to see those homeboys fall on their butts while running. Has anyone seen Bait Car on TruTV? Depending on your outlook or weather you're male or female, these videos could be highly disturbing & funny, or just disturbing. As I will never be in jail of my own accord, they are mostly funny, especially the 2nd 1.

Bullshit law. Sometime I wish fools would get their head knocked for sagging, but a law against it is a little excessive.
