I love a challenge. I couldn't sell this house when the market was up. :p Noooooooo, I decide to wait til the real estate market is the worst in 15 years then put it on the market. Somebody shoot me. And I have my ex hammering me. I told him be quiet and look pretty.

True, but in retrospect, I'm happy I didn't add another notch to my belt.

I'm ready to find someone that I can share my life with. :smt023

Thank you for the supportive words. It is actually quite frustrating. I will keep at it all houses get sold in time. We aren't without offer but they all have ridiculous contingencys to deal with. :(

It's nerve wracking enough to just have to live in a house while it's on the market Jordan, but add the Ex into the mix and I'm sure it's hell at times. I hope you get a good solid offer without contingencies very soon.

Instead of leaving you should stay. I'm not going to lie, when I bought my house, even though I know all about the persuasion of women in retail, especially in real estate, I still played into her, quite literal booby trap."

She was a hot blond, and baked blueberry muffins at her open houses. I closed the deal on the house and the agent lol Not that I'm advocating sleeping with anyone, obviously you know a lil cleavage goes a long way.

I'm so happy for you! That's great. Where did you meet him?

My daughter is home sick today, so therefore, I'm not working today. I guess that's good, but I hate wasting vacation days for this. Oh well. The sacrifices you make when you become a parent!

Last night, I got pulled over by the cops because I have a headlight out. I told him I got into an accident (which you can clearly see with my car. LOL.) and that I couldn't afford to get a new headlight. Which is true. I was going to buy it in October. Anyway, so instead of giving me a $75 ticket, he gives me a $30 citation. DICK!! Yes, THAT will help me to buy a new headlight. Really. A warning wouldn't have been sufficient?? :smt009

I began to study Nichiren Buddhism.
I went out to a meeting with fellow Buddhists, who were from all walks of life. They were Black, White, Hispanic, Asians, all creed, all colors chanting. I enjoyed the meeting, and I have some new literature about the religion from my sponsor. Met a lot of cool people and have added like 10 new numbers in my cell. I'm going to give Buddhism an honest try. I mean what the hell do I have to lose?

    That's about it for now.....
