I'm calling bullshit on this. I highly doubt this is remotely true that he assigned grades based on race. I am willing to bet that the asians scored the highest was because they studied the most, did their homework and their parents make academics a big time priority. Asian famalies are traditionally VERY strict and if an asian kid doesnt even get straight As then he brings shame to the family. Pretty harsh but thats the case a lot of the times.

And lmao at some of the brothas on here making pathetic excuses. Yeah I do agree that a lot of public schools in America are subpar BUT come on! Personal responsibility goes a loooong way. Remember, you CAN control your life and take it in the right direction. All this feelin sorry for yourself/victim mentality isnt productive.

A lot of these dropouts have only themselves to blame. Also, parents need to step up bigtime.

How are black females given more of a chance? I do agree that black men are shitted on by society but so are black women. Black boys are given all the same opportunities that black girls are, but alot have this unrealistic view that they will be a famous rapper or athlete. I don't really see it getting any better until individuals decide that they want to break this horrific cycle.

 

I just have a hard time believing stuff like this actually went down. Maybe it did, but I doubt. But I think some people are so into black dudes that will make all the excuses in the world for them. I would say 90% of what is wrong with the black community is the result of black people's own actions. You have immigrants that come to this country dirt poor and still make something out of themselves. In fact you can look at Africans and Carribean blacks as evidence. They are some of the most educated people in this country.

I'm totally scratching my head. You dudes call bullshit. Wow. I wouldn't choose yall to be on my team. I went to the same high school as Chicity. The school was 85% Black. Yes, the Algebra teacher by the name of Mr. Lilly would grade based upon race. He was a Black Man. I could not, as a Black Man understand why I was having a hard time in the class. Why the Asian and White kids were having an easy time. And the Hispanic kid who was sitting next to me, I was like "How are you doing this, how are you figuring this stuff out?" He would give me a vague answer. Basically like "Well, it just comes to me". I didn't figure it out until Chicity explained to me that she was getting good grades in the same very class.

And I was tutoring HER.

That BLACK MALE TEACHER told me to my young assed face that I should just transfer out of the class. Because I was never going to do well in it.

Now everything Black in me told me "No, keep fighting!" But once me & Chicity put 2 and 2 together, I transfered the hell out. But by then it was too late. I still had to take the class over in summer school. And it was a hot summer. They don't air condition the schools in the summer time. But I had an Asian Teacher by the name of Mr. Chu. Everybody all year were talking about how amazing Mr Chu was and how awesome he was. That summer is when I learned that I really didn't have a problem doing math. That algebra was as easy as everyone else was saying it was.

This shit hurt my heart. So don't tell me about frickin personal responsibility. Because that was a Black Man who was doing that shit.

And the other teacher was a Black Woman by the name of Ms Flores. She also taught algebra and advanced algebra. She gave the girls an easy time. She graded and taught her class based upon children's popularity.

So how quick are you going to call bullshit now?


Now let's see if you can put 2 and 2 together. Yall will probably end up with 3.
