    Yayyyy!

I had a situation when I first dated this dude, I was soooo talkative on the phone, yet when we first met, I was quiet and he couldn't understand it. I do this sometimes and did that with him a lot. I just like to take in the essence of someone and just enjoy their company. Not always do we have to talk, right?

    LOL....

wow, that is alot of wtf's.
I can understand he wanting to put his son before you. The problem I have is that he is not actively putting you in areas where he can. when you asked to see him for breakfast and he stated "Im going golfing".

Im like dude how about saying fuck golfing Im gonna see the soft leg and give her some attention and then see my son.

Then the mix signals .... well I can understand that because (lets face it women) you dont want a man to be like an open book because you will get BORED. The problem is toooooo many mix signals. At leaset from what you are telling me.

Thanks. Exactly. There's time enough for golfing.

But anyway, it was clear that he wasn't seeing me in his life at all, as he put me on ignore in every way, shape and form within a week of that.

After a 2 month break, we're talking again, but I haven't seen him in person. I'm also going on my 3rd date with someone tomorrow.

I have yet to get an explanation for his disappearing act, but whatever. I'm just living my life and seeing where it takes me!!

yeah, Im kind of skittish of dating...because of what happened with my marriage. I shouldnt be because before I married her I dated a woman for 5 years and it was great. I talked to her not too long ago and we went over how things were and she made me feel better in that she stated " you made me feel beautiful" .....

now i just need my mojo back. LOL

    too many people like drama.

truth. I'm sick of drama & it seems to come no matter how you meet the person!

yeah, sometimes it comes due to miscommo but there are other times there are people who can live without it

I've met a couple of girls online, but I'm not sure I've "dated" any, at least if "dating" is to imply long term courting.

how did the "meeting" work for you ?

Most of them were short term flings, mostly casual hook-ups if I'm to be honest.

    how short?

Most of them stayed in the 2 - 6 month range. I did date a divorced woman with kids almost a year, but for the most part, there were just cutty buddies, nothin' more. Not that I'm particularly proud of it but ...... :smt102

nothing wrong with that. if they know upfront and they are down with it then cool. if you lie about ur intentions then thats another story
