Still not wrong. Its pretty bad when your sitcom gets canceled after 4 episodes (it also got horrible reviews too). She's not getting a lot of work for a reason....she's a has been.

She peaked in the 90s when she was on Melrose Place and regained some stardom with the midly popular show Charmed.

Your arguement is that she still gets some work here and there and in my book that makes her a has been (just like Corey Feldman and other celebs still trying to desperately cling to fame)
