What's going on with you 2.0?

Finished our basketball tournament at our base here in Iraq. We went 4-4 and made it to round two of the playoffs.

Goodlove your're right, but some of the others teams killed us from beyond the 3 point arc.

JTTFL: yeah, it is relatively stable here in the south compared to previous years, but we still get our share of rocket attacks every week. The building behind us has been hit.

 

I didn't say I cut it all off. I said I cut it short and I realized (cause I had my cousin even it out for me), I cut about 5 inches off. My hair was down to my bra-strap and now it's a little past my shoulders. It's that in between hair. My Moms said she likes the burgundy than my regular chocolate brown color. She said it brings me out more.

I wish I could rock a pixie, but short hair and me don't mix. Every man I knew when I had my hair short (not quite a pixie, but fairly short) told me to please grow it back, yet women complimented me. LOL SAY NO TO SHORT HAIR FOR IB! I was debating about my hair too, but yeah, it's too hot and I don't have your curls, but my waves act up and my shit looks like someone rubbed a balloon over my head. I get that static cling look.

Argh. I can't sleep. I'm supposed to get an answer on whether I get to stay in school or not today. Apparently my time limit for other ppl to get their shit in order is almost up.

And little miss drama queen ain't letting up, either. She's still acting stupid. Smh. I kinda just wanna slap some sense into her.

Well I'm a staff guy so I work long hours and leave the base on few occasions but I do have internet in my room so I enjoy time skyping with Mrs Nose and some time on WWBM and other sites before or after work. That and working out and watching DVDs and AFN is my social life, but I'm not complaining, I enjoy my work.

Iraq. I was in the army once and as a single guy it was cool. I had a great time. Unfortunately it was wasted on my youth. LOL

 

No -.- just more incompetence. Apparently the loan company has been needing more info. The fa office told me about half of it on Friday but gave me the wrong fucking fax number. So I find out today about their fucj up, and after I got the right number and mom sent in the info, I found out they needed more info from me all along, though fa has assured me I had done everything for the past fucjing week.

So I spent today in class (one of my teachers at least is nice enough to let me keep up and turn in assignments), on the phone with various retards, and going to various offices. Ugh. Spoke to the chair of my dept., and some random academic affairs dude, both told me they can give me a few days but neither were specific. Loan ppl said it's going to be a minimum of 3 more fucking days. So hopefully that vague number is more than 3.

Headdesk.

Accounting also can't give me the same numbers for some reason. So if the loan is rejected I still don't have the faintest idea how much I'm going to have to pay to get to go to class officially.

Annoyed. >.<

I get annoyed just hearing about it... _ I feel your pain.
Its so stupid and it annoys me when they take a situation like that so lightly.

That hella sucks. I miss high school, every once in a while. There was none of this "Call here/wait 3 months/deadline" bullshit. I hope my financial aid shit goes smoothly, this year.

 

ok, i am delaying the inevitable... this morning's run is gonna be tough.

 

Denied. Just like I thought. So no loan, but after a $400 payment im officially allowed to go to class at least, and I guess i'll have to drop a class or something (supposedly) to get my payments cheaper. Cause as it is im supposed to pay like 500 bucks a month, which is more than twice my fucking rent and double my recent paychecks.

ugh.

and apparently getting my shit taken care of fucked me out of making up my homework tonight. Which sucks balls. So i guess i gotta hope i can come back tomorrow.
