LOL. there are reports saying make up may cause cancer. I could have heard it wrong because i came in the middle of it but I would not doubt it

 

Makeup can be made out of danged near anything, so whatever's causing cancer, if it is causing cancer, they can just create makeup out of something else.

In other words:

They ain't taking my lipgloss. Nu-uh.

 

If smoking cigs doesn't stop people from worrying about cancer then I doubt this rumor or truth will.

Thought I would bump this thread, since it's a new year and I know for myself I want to start shedding some pounds I put on during the holidays.

I'll admit, it's hard when it's under 20 degrees outside and snow is on the ground. I like running, so....yeah, kind of hard when I might slip, fall and bust my head like a melon.

Anyway, what gets you guys motivated to workout, even when the weather isn't in your favor?

 

get yourself into a gym and run on the treadmill. i have a treadmill at home so i can't make any excuses to not go for that run every day.
