I agree with what you saying no one should hit anyone. I actually believe in non-violence in all forms. It is not right for a woman to hit a man, but for a man to hit a woman is bringing a knife to a fist fight because a woman can not defend herself against man. Most men are bigger, stronger, faster, etc than women. I hate to say it but it is the truth.

You know damn well if your daughter came home with a bloody face because a man beat her up you would not think it would okay even if she did hit him first. But if you do think that is okay then you are a shitty ass mother. Chis Brown did not just hit her once, he beat her, and that is not okay.

Well I've never had trouble competing with men in the workplace, I think if you work your ass off and prove yourself to be an asset you'll command equal pay. I will say that the majority, not all but most, of the women I've worked with want to work 40 hours and go home, whereas men will put in overtime without bitching. I worked for a private medical practice and I always worked more hours than any other employee except a couple of the doctors, consequently I made more than everyone else there. Anytime someone bitched about it, I'd ask them if they were willing to work 70 hours a week and they'd immediately say 'hell no', so if you don't want to put in the hours, don't expect the pay.

As for being a bitch, I'm strong, independent, and educated and the only people who've called me a bitch are other women, not men. While there are a number of men who like the quiet, mousy, less opinionated women, I find there are quite a few who actually like a woman who will speak her mind politely, stand her ground, and be able to discuss just about anything. Again, I've rarely had difficulty with men anywhere, it's women that are hard to get along with. The women here on WWBM are largely exceptions to that however, they are a very unique bunch of people, and the men are equally delightful.
