Chris Brown is an amazing talent. Its sad that people will not and cannot find it in themselves to allow a person who has made a mistake like Chris Brown the opportunity to assimilate back into society and prove himself to be a rehabilitated and productive citizen. He is already labeled with a stigma...he's a convicted felon. If that's not enough then I don't know what is. Its already hard enough to maneuver through society as a member of a minority group not including the fact that he has a felony. If he hasn't learned his lesson by now then I don't know when he ever will. Give him a chance. And besides, we've giving Charlie Sheen a million chances. I'm quite sure that many respectable people have done many horrible unlawful things in the past that they would rather for no one to discover.

he also know martial arts...so this cat needs not to fucked with. The other thing I agree to some extent when a woman start doing slick shit they set themselves up for an ass-whiping but as men we need to have extreme discipline for to say the least you will catch a case and in public opinion you will never win

I think it is time to let the whole Chris Brown/Rihanna situation go. I think the tears were real. I think him crying at the end was an accumlation of all the stuff he has gone through over the past 1 1/2. The guy has lost millions, endorsements, black listed, etc. He didn't rape or kill anyone. I don't think what he did was right at all. Even if Rihanna hit him first, should not give him the right to beat up Rihanna. It is one thing to hit her back after she was abusing him it is another thing to beat her like she stole something. At the end of the day most women can fight off a man. But at the sametime women need to stop pushing a mans buttons because they know for the most part a man won't hit her back which isn't right. And as soon as man a hits a woman after she instigated stuff she wants to play this victim role. Give him a second chance and if continues this behavior then cut him off from society.

Regardless of what a woman may do, it is never an excuse for abuse. A man should NEVER raise his hand to a woman. Do you have a daughter, sister, or mother? What if some man was hitting on them? Would you be asking what they did to deserve it? Point is any man who hits a woman is a bitch.

This is a double standard. Everyone has the right to defend themselves. While I agree that Chris brown went too far, He has the right to defend himself against anyone. Here is the thing. Is it ok for one person to hit another? Should the person defend them self if attacked? There are no conditions to these question. Equality can not survive in chivalry. A society without equality will not survive for long. My sister, mother or any other woman in my family would never attack someone unless attacked. I can not say the same for this lady who attacked chris first. She needs to be put in the same program as Chris. Remember the Golden rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Keep you hands to yourself and everything will be all right.

see what reggie stated. I cosign with what he stated. women have a thing where they instigate stuff then want to scream foul when they get put in a position they cant handle. Both of them are wrong . Im of the mindset dont start something wont be nothing.

LOL you black chicks always screamin' about thugs and roughnecks then when one beats your ass you wanna cry foul.

If women are equal in 2010 they can get what anybody would get if they provoke somebody as far as I'm concerned. Act like a lady and you won't have anything to worry about.

    CO SIGN.

Fight like a man, get your ass beat like a man.

I'm ACTUALLY for female equality. It pisses me off when some women want to be treated equally but then act all weak and pathetic when it comes to something like this.
