    What?
wow! Im glad to know Im not the only one that seem to get the 5 year itch. I get it right on the mark with all my positions, after that I get bored and need a new challenge... Maybe its just normal:)
I struggling to stay engaged.... maybe I should try Yoga, it has been quite some time since I did.

    When is your vacation?

you are not alone this 5 year itch has come scratching before...when i mentioned that about vacation i meant that we get an additional week paid after working 5 years...i have been with the company 6 years but the first year i worked as an independent contractor...so a just have a few months to go...

    oh, yes - that!!!
me to - coming August I get one more week :) I think.. I came in with one more week than others noobs due to the vacation weeks I had at my last job - they did honor that and didnt strip me of one week... so I might not get that extra week you get at 5 years.. need to check.

awww, so you might be getting a month...well, there is certainly something to be said for earned time off...i think companies almost have to dangle a carrot to get employees to stay longer...i also think the best time to look for a job is when you already have one...sounds like yours turned out to be negotiating power...i am looking to not travel so much over the next three years until my son gets out of high school and then i could easily sell my house and be anywhere...
