That's not true. Some have said they liked darker shades. I don't see the big deal because we have no problem talking about liking pale over tan or vice versa.
honestly... if the hottest black featured guy was white... I wouldn't like him at all :-S That color is yummmmmmmm :smt003 tempting
loL@silly sambo shit i've seen the divide that happens between light and dark brothas; lighter ones being closer to looking white than darker ones therefore being treated a little bit better by society than their counterparts. I know that was not the intention of this thread, but I'd hate to see it turn ugly. We're all brothas. One Love
Humanity has always used division to control people. Tutsi & Hutu division was invented. DIVIDE ET IMPERA. Not that we can't talk about a freaking skin color shade and feel bad for that though! LOL
Shut up peanut butter skin. You know I'm only here to divide us. Flame figured me out and now I'm caught lol.
whatever shade you are is perfect because it's you...different guy same shade not so sure...it's more about the person than his spectrum of light to dark...
Some women evidently love dark skinned bruhs.. http://www.whitewomenblackmen.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9768&highlight=dark+skinned+bruhs Funny thread too..
What I think is funny about this topic is that I had never thought about it until a member of this site asked me what shade of black men that I preferred. I didn't even know what he meant by it. After he explained what he meant, I realized that most of the men that I have dated were somewhere in the light to medium complexion. That wasn't a conscious decision. It just worked out that way. To answer the question, I don't have a preference. I'm an equal-opportunity dater. I like it all!!! :smt077
Me too! Someone asked me the same question recently and I stated I'd never thought about it, so he followed up by asking what the majority of BM I had dated had been, and I had to think about it before I could answer. I concluded that I've dated light, dark, and in between, but the majority were dark. That wasn't a conscious decision on my part however, that was just who approached me.
