LoL, I dont think she is a sprinter. I think she is an endurance runner, I might be wrong tho. I used to be sprinter when I played sports. You cant pay me enough to run these days. The only time I run is when I hear a siren in south central LA or when I hear a poppin' bullet at south side chicago, lol.
I have never been the cheerleader type GZ, in fact I used to avoid pep rallies by grading papers for my Science teacher. I can be supportive without pom poms, though I doubt I can still do the splits.
Oh no it's been storming like hell here since about 1 am, but nothing more than bad thunderstorms. No tornado activity, so it's all good. Dogs hate it though.
Speaking of women running, I saw this article today showing Renee Zellweger out for a run (not jog, run!) in Paris. I am so impressed with her serious approach to working out that it made me want to get out and run.
