Is someone racist if they are ashamed/opposed to a black person being smarter?

    Im understanding of what you are saying but it SEEMS ( i could be wrong and I hope Im wrong) that SOME/Lot of BW do not like smarter BM. Particularly they dont like BM that are strong , intelligent and have the leadership characteristics
