Despite the good news that I was going to telling you last friday evening, but instead I has to take my computer to getting it fixing. Well, most of you now know I just got my computer back as of right now, but terrible news I must inform you..

They've removed all of my videos without my permission! I ordered them to upgrade my anti-virus program, NOT to remove those vidoes that could harm my computer! Please! Don't bullshit me!!!

I just can't believe what they just did to my poor computer as this damage has caused earlier this week, they were looking for this lame excuse to charing us more money to fixing my computer! Now it will take me about three months to restore to this original physical form..UNFORGIVABLE!!!!!!!!

Now my grandmother's going to calling federal authority, I forget what agency this is, but she's going to calling them to putting them out of business. For that, I support the decision that she's going after them! What they did..they shouldn't lied to us to begin with! Damn them to its burning hell for what they did to my poor computer!

Will you please excuse me..I'm going to repair the damage right now. From now on, I'm going to taking my computer to radioshack. Is there a way for me to restore to this form it once was before?? Where's those deleted files that I can recover?? Damn it!

If the videos could harm your computer, if for instance they had malware embedded, then the techs will need to remove them before upgrading your antivirus.

Don't put malware on your machine, or don't care about antivirus. The two cannot exist simultaneously. Upgrading antivirus on a system that is already compromised will open the antivirus up to attack. Many types of malware will use your own antivirus against you, so it is necessary to clean the system first.

However, it's unlikely that your video files had malware embedded. The far more likely scenario is that the video files were corrupted by malware on your system, and the techs were unable to save them.

Another scenario is that you didn't just get an antivirus upgrade, but an operating system upgrade, which could result in all your files being wiped.

It is extraordinarily unusual for techs to seek out nonmalicious files and delete them without cause. It's a huge waste of their time, for one.

If you're gonna sue, be absolutely sure of what went down.

Actually, they deleted most of porno videos.....that's what they did. The other night, my grandmother and this lady had this hotly fighting while they were talking on the phone to charing us more than hundred dollars! The original price was 50 dollars.

They were twisting our words while we were told them only to upgrade anti-virus program. None of my precious videos, including porno had malware embedded on it at all. Oh, that does including my favorite videos that I downloaded from youtube, most of funny videos videos. It was random order of the selection for them to deleted to wiping all of them.

If you ask me, it's stupid for their action to do that. Seriously, I'm starting to thinking that it'd best for me to order anti-virus program myself online instead of those stupid techs who weren't supposed to searching my personal files up.

They betrayed my trust. Now that trust is broken, I'm so angry at myself for being so too-trusting, friendly person who place this trust to most people who could take care of things themselves. I learned valuable lesson..

THOUGH! Last Friday, I ran right back in the computer store, to asking them that I want my computer back, but they said no. That is, my computer have to stay there. They were treated my computer like prisoner, I couldn't get it out of their building until we pay them the full price..

    RIDICULOUS!

Now I can't play those deleted files that I've recovered so far. So don't worry about it, I'm going to making new ones starting tonight. To be honest with you, those memories that I hold so dear..I should have saving them into my disk, that should do it.

Time to upgrade windows media player, upgrade divx player now. Ever since they're the ones who caused the massive damage to my computer. It's farthest risk to let them doing that to my computer again. But this is last time they will heard from us...we're not going to visit them again. It's not that hard for them to do..It can get done by one hour or two. Yet they managed to wiping all those files cleaned, watching them disappearing forever.

Again..none of my videos had malware embedded on it.

I hope you understand what I'm talking about.

How do you know there was no malware?

What is their explanation for why the files were deleted?

That's because my anti-virus program took care of that. There's no need to remove all my files that I was downloading from January to last week of April.

If they did a complete system restore, then no, it's pretty much game over and you can't get your files back. External hard drives are the way to go. My computer was FUCKED from torrents that have viruses, but all my files are on my external hard drive, so I wasn't worried when I had to do a complete system restore.

You usually don't have to worry about being "too trusting" of a professional business, as opposed to the dude who lives down the street. Maybe they did what they did for precautions. I mean, they are the experts.

And it's no surprise they won't give you your computer back when you haven't paid them. You won't get your car back, if you don't pay for the oil change. Works the same way with every "service-then-pay" type of thing.

And once again, external hard drives. They're hella cheap and worth it. I bought a 1.5 TB External HD for 120, last week.

im sorry but i really dont get why your so upset. so they deleted your porn collection while trying to fix your computer, dont think you would win if you try and sue them for it

and if the porns so important cant you just download it again and back it up on an external drive like BA said?

I have heard that a man's porn collection is sacred...they spend years building up those things. lol I could see being irritated that they deleted it, but at least the computer is fixed. :)

    2. Just download your porn again... Why did you even keep it on your computer? Either get a flashdrive with 4-8 gb or get an external hard drive and keep your porn there...

I have 0 porn on my computer....

Yeah that is what I thought. How many people's grandmothers know, let alone get upset that it goes missing, if you have a porn collection.
